By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

1. Description of Services

AMPS Solutions MCN provides digital tools that allow users to organize, track, and manage personal wellness routines. The Services may include features for:

• tracking exercise routines

• tracking diet or nutrition plans

• tracking supplements or wellness practices

• recording personal wellness activities

• sharing selected information with trusted individuals or wellness professionals

The Services are designed for personal organization and wellness tracking purposes only.

2. No Medical Advice

The Services do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Information recorded or displayed within the Services is for informational and organizational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.

Users should consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical concerns or decisions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.

By using the Services, you represent that:

• you meet the age requirements

• you are legally able to enter into this agreement

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, users may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

• provide accurate account information

• maintain the confidentiality of login credentials

• notify us of unauthorized account use

You are responsible for activities occurring under your account.

5. User-Generated Content and Platform Moderation

Users may create, upload, or share content through the Services (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the license granted below.

By submitting User Content, you grant AMPS Solutions a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the Services.

AMPS Solutions reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review, monitor, remove, restrict access to, or modify User Content, and to suspend or terminate accounts, at its sole discretion, including where we believe such action is appropriate to:

• comply with applicable laws or regulations

• enforce these Terms

• protect the safety, integrity, or operation of the Services

• address misuse, abuse, or harmful behavior

We do not guarantee the availability, persistence, or continued storage of any User Content or account. Users are responsible for maintaining their own copies of any content they wish to retain.

6. Sharing with Wellness Professionals or Other Users

The Services may allow users to share certain information with selected third parties such as trainers, nutritionists, physical therapists, studios, or other wellness practitioners (“Wellness Professionals”).

Wellness Professionals operate independently and are not employees, agents, or representatives of AMPS Solutions MCN.

AMPS Solutions MCN:

• does not create or control plans provided by Wellness Professionals

• does not verify professional qualifications

• does not guarantee the accuracy or effectiveness of recommendations

Any plans, guidance, or services provided by Wellness Professionals are their sole responsibility.

Users should exercise their own judgment and consult qualified healthcare providers for medical decisions.

7. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• misuse or disrupt the Services

• attempt unauthorized access to systems

• upload harmful software or malicious code

• violate applicable laws

• impersonate other individuals or entities

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Third-Party Services

The Services may rely on third-party service providers and infrastructure to support functionality, including services related to hosting, data storage, analytics, security, communications, and other operational needs.

AMPS Solutions may share information with such providers as described in the Privacy Policy. These third parties are independent entities and are responsible for their own services and practices.

AMPS Solutions is not responsible for the availability, performance, or practices of third-party services.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, design, content, and technology underlying the Services are owned by or licensed to AMPS Solutions MCN and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Services except as permitted by law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if:

• users violate these Terms

• accounts are used for unlawful activities

• required by legal or security obligations

Users may stop using the Services at any time and request account deletion.

11. Service Availability and Changes

AMPS Solutions may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue all or any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including to improve functionality, address security or compliance needs, or reflect changes in our business.

We do not guarantee that the Services, or any features or content within the Services, will be available at all times or will continue to be offered for any specific period of time.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AMPS Solutions shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services or any part thereof.

12. Data Availability and Discontinuation

Users are responsible for maintaining copies of any User Content or information they wish to retain.

In the event that the Services are modified, suspended, or discontinued, AMPS Solutions may delete or remove associated data in accordance with applicable law and our data retention practices.

Where reasonably practicable, we may provide notice of material changes or discontinuation of the Services.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

AMPS Solutions MCN does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every user's needs.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AMPS Solutions MCN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.

This includes damages related to:

• wellness plans or recommendations from third parties

• reliance on user-recorded information

• interactions with other users or professionals

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised Effective Date.

Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Account Deletion Policy

AMPS Solutions MCN LLC. (“AMPS Solutions MCN”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) provides users with the ability to delete their account and associated personal data.

This page explains how users may request account deletion and how their data will be handled.

1. Requesting Account Deletion

Users may request deletion of their account at any time.

Please include the email address associated with your account so we can locate your information.

2. What Happens When You Request Deletion

Once we receive a verified deletion request:

• your account will be deactivated

• personal profile information will be removed from active systems

• wellness tracking data associated with the account will be deleted or anonymized

Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days, unless additional time is required for verification or legal obligations.

3. Information That May Be Retained

In some cases, limited information may be retained for purposes such as:

• complying with legal obligations

• preventing fraud or abuse

• resolving disputes

• enforcing agreements

Any retained data will be kept only for the period required by applicable law.

4. Shared Information

If you previously shared information with other users or wellness professionals through the platform, those individuals may have already accessed that information.

Deletion of your account will remove your data from the platform, but it cannot remove copies of information already viewed or retained by third parties outside the Services.

5. Re-Registration

After deletion, you may create a new account in the future, but previously deleted information cannot be restored.
